  • Jenny Henson, MS, LPC, LCDC

    Jenny B. Henson, MS, LPC, LCDC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, and the Founder and Clinical Director of Finding Harmony Counseling Services in Corsicana, Texas. With over two decades of combined experience in mental health, education, law enforcement, and crisis response, Jenny brings a rare and powerful blend of expertise to the individuals, families, and first responders she serves.

    Jenny’s professional background includes extensive work as a school counselor, assistant principal, behavior specialist, crisis intervention trainer, and former police officer/corporal. This multidisciplinary foundation allows her to understand human behavior from multiple angles—clinical, developmental, educational, relational, and systemic.

    As a therapist, Jenny specializes in trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, addiction, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, and first responder mental health. She is highly trained in EMDR, Child-Centered Play Therapy, Natural Lifemanship Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, crisis response, and multiple evidence-based treatment modalities. She is also an EMDR-trained trauma therapist, a PATH Intl. Certified Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning, and a Prepare/Enrich premarital/marriage facilitator.

    Jenny is known in the community for developing and coordinating a comprehensive First Responder Peer Support Program, where she continues to serve as a trainer, clinical consultant, and on-call support for departments navigating critical incidents. Her clinical work is grounded in creating safety, restoring balance, and helping clients build long-term resilience—regardless of age, background, or life circumstance.

    Jenny’s therapeutic approach is warm, direct, trauma-informed, relationship-focused, and deeply client-centered. She believes healing happens when people feel safe, understood, and empowered—and she has built Finding Harmony Counseling Services with that mission at its core.

    Outside the office, Jenny is passionate about family, faith, community service, and building innovative therapeutic programs that bring hope and healing to Navarro County and the surrounding areas.

  • Emily Roch, LMSW

    Emily Roch is a Licensed Master Social Worker with extensive clinical experience across inpatient psychiatry, acute medical settings, long-term care, and telehealth therapy. She is working towards her LCSW certification under the supervision of Suisan Walker, LCSW-S. She holds multi-state licensure in Texas, South Carolina, Maryland, Maine, Wisconsin, and Illinois, and has been recognized as the “Best of the Best Social Worker” by the Corsicana Daily Sun in both 2023 and 2024.

    Emily specializes in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, emotional regulation, and evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and DBT-informed approaches. Her background includes conducting DSM-5 psychiatric assessments, providing individual and group psychotherapy, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support safety, stabilization, and long-term recovery.

    She has served in a variety of behavioral health roles, including Remote Therapist for Healthy Minds Counseling, Social Services Coordinator in both acute and long-term care settings, and Social Services Director in a residential community. Across these environments, Emily has developed a reputation for her calm presence, clinical precision, and ability to meet clients with compassion while guiding them toward meaningful change.

    Emily joins Finding Harmony Counseling Services offering a lower-cost cash-rate option to increase access to high-quality care within the community. She is passionate about supporting individuals with anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, life transitions, and co-occurring challenges. Her approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and rooted in creating a safe therapeutic environment where individuals can heal, grow, and regain confidence in their own resilience.
